Crunchy Ramen Slaw

This interesting slaw packs a serious crunch.


From the Kitchen of Kimme Hargrove


3-ounce package chicken-flavored ramen noodles (with seasoning packet), crumbled into bite-sized pieces

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup red wine vinegar

¼ cup sugar

14-ounce bag shredded slaw mix

¾ cup almonds, toasted (slivered or sliced)


In a large bowl, combine ramen seasoning packet, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Set aside. Just before serving, stir the dressing, and then add the slaw mix, crumbled ramen noodles and almonds.
