Brown Sugar Spice Butter
1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Herb Butter
1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Using a fork, simply mix butter together with other ingredients until well-combined. Serve at room temperature for a soft spreadable butter, or refrigerate to store.
