Roasted Panko & Parmesan Green Beans

These roasty, toasty green beans come together in a snap and are packed with flavor, making them a perfect side for almost any dish, from chicken to steak to pork.

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup Panko crumbs

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in oven 15-20 minutes, stirring once about 10 minutes into baking. Serve immediately.
