Summer fruit meets fresh herbs in this colorful and refreshing seasonal salad.

1 seedless watermelon, cubed
1 honeydew melon, cubed
1 cantaloupe, cubed
2 tablespoons honey
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
4-5 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
In a large bowl, combine cubed melon. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, lime juice and mint. Pour over melon, and gently toss to combine. Serve chilled.
