Ginger Salad Dressing

With a few simple ingredients, you can make this crave-worthy hibachi restaurant-style ginger salad dressing at home.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • ¼ cup canola oil

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated (or use ginger paste)

  • Juice of ½ a lemon

  • 1 tablespoon celery, minced

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients into a container with a lid, such as a Mason jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously until combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Shake vigorously before serving over a salad of lettuce and fresh vegetables.
