1 cup mixed, unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, etc.)
1 cup dried fruit (apricots, dates, apples, raisins, etc.)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a food processor, pulse nuts and fruit, then add oats, pulsing 2-3 more times to combine. Stir in tahini, honey, chia seeds, salt and cinnamon. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and press mixture onto it into a dense, even layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from oven and let cool, about 15 minutes. Break apart, and serve with yogurt and berries, or snack on it by itself.
