Banana Milkshake

Kids will love this quick and filling treat as a special before-school breakfast or an after-school snack. Makes one shake per banana.

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 cup ice

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until milkshake is frothy, and serve immediately.
